Support does not end at delivery. We remain available after purchase and provide warranty coverage aligned with UK consumer standards, ensuring clarity and reassurance without unnecessary complexity.
We operate through direct sourcing channels and maintain a curated approach — prioritising selection over volume. Every watch is prepared and dispatched from the UK, typically within 1–2 working days, with careful packaging to ensure it arrives as expected.
Each watch is individually handled prior to dispatch. Pieces are visually inspected, assessed against verified references, and reviewed using a combination of physical checks and comparative analysis. Where appropriate, additional methods such as UV inspection are used to ensure consistency across key details.
