Excellent...initially had an issue which the seller responded to and we came to a mutual agreement - would recommend...many thanks

Item listing said same day despatch if before 2pm and sent on a 24hr service. I ordered at 11. At 7 o'clock in the evening a LABEL was created. This is not despatching the item. Next morning it was taken to a post office. So already they've broken what the listing stated. Item received 2 days after ordering. No protective packing inside the box. Pip on the watch scratched. Pretty poor. If I wasn't ordering for a funeral and memoir, I'd return. Won't order again from seller
