Timeless Luxury, Refined For Today

Welcome — Our Philosophy
Welcome to ABA Watches, where discernment meets design and every detail matters. We started ABA with a simple idea — that owning a beautiful watch should feel personal, not distant. Luxury should be accessible, but never diluted. Every piece we offer is selected for its character and craftsmanship, not just the brand name. Each watch tells a story of design, precision, and the quiet satisfaction of something made properly. Our aim is to bring the ease of an online experience together with the care of a boutique — beautiful high quality watches, honest service, and attention to the details that make ownership feel special.
Because true luxury isn’t about rarity — it’s about how it makes you feel.

Curation & Provenance — Our Standard
Before any watch joins the ABA collection and is dispatched to our clients, it undergoes a meticulous in-house curation and inspection process, consisting of 8 stages.
Our internal and external specialists assess each piece for movement integrity, finish, alignment, reference accuracy, and engraving depth ensuring it reflects the standards expected of its maker and of us.
This process blends technical expertise with aesthetic judgment — the human touch that separates the exceptional from the ordinary.

Returns & Warranty — Your Peace of Mind
Your watch is protected under the ABA Warranty, designed in line with UK Law and buyer protection programmes on the site sold for clear, reliable coverage.
As is standard with internationally sourced pieces, this watch is not directly registerable with the brand’s authorised dealer. This does not affect its authenticity — it simply reflects the global sourcing channel through which it was acquired.
Your protection rests with ABA and eBay, offering straightforward and trustworthy recourse should any concern arise.
To preserve the integrity of your watch, we ask that the caseback not be opened by yourself or any third party, as doing so compromises the water-resistance seal.
If a watch is found to have been opened, the warranty will be considered void and ABA reserves the right to issue a depreciation-based refund, assessed according to condition and circumstance.

Delivery — The Final Touch
Every order is dispatched with the same precision that defines our watches.
Each parcel is individually packed, fully insured, and sent via tracked courier where we aim to dispatch within 1 business day of payment clearance, subject to the platform you have ordered it on.
Your watch’s journey is as carefully managed as its selection — safeguarded at every stage, until it rests securely on your wrist.

Transparency & Trust — The Details
Your purchase is governed by and subject to our complete Terms & Conditions, detailed on the following page.
They ensure clarity, fairness, and full compliance with UK law — reflecting the same integrity that defines our service.

With gratitude,

Adam

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE — ABA WATCHES
Last updated: November 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the complete and exclusive agreement governing the sale and purchase of all goods and associated services (“Goods”) supplied by ABA Partners Ltd, trading as ABA Watches (“ABA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), through any online or physical point of sale operated or controlled by ABA, including any website, e-commerce listing, or digital marketplace (“the Platform”).
For the purposes of these Terms, the term “Team” refers to any individual or entity contracted, hired, or otherwise engaged by ABA Partners Ltd, including employees, agents, and independent contractors, when acting on behalf of ABA.
By purchasing from ABA Watches, the buyer (“you”, “your”, “the Buyer”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

1. Interpretation
1.1 For the purposes of these Terms:
a. “Goods” means any watches, straps, accessories, packaging, or related materials supplied or sold by ABA Watches.
b. “The Platform” refers collectively to all websites, online marketplaces, e-commerce portals, or third-party sales platforms through which ABA Watches lists or makes available its Goods.
c. These Terms constitute the entire and final agreement between ABA Watches and the Buyer, superseding and replacing any prior correspondence, representation, discussion, negotiation, or implied term relating to the subject matter herein.
d. Headings are provided for clarity and convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
e. Nothing in these Terms shall prejudice or exclude your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

2. Authenticity, Sourcing & Verification
2.1 Our Commitment
ABA Watches affirms its commitment to authenticity and integrity. Every timepiece undergoes our proprietary 8-Stage Verification Process, which may include—but is not limited to—visual magnified inspection, reference AI cross-checking, movement and weight verification, functionality assessment, and serial comparison where available. All inspections are carried out by personnel using reasonable skill and care.
2.2 Sourcing Transparency
ABA Watches operates as an independent retailer within the secondary watch market. We are not, and do not represent ourselves to be, authorised dealers of the brands offered.
Goods are obtained solely from established, legitimate, and reputable suppliers and distributors with verifiable trade histories. Each purchase channel is subject to internal audit and supplier vetting procedures.
2.3 Representation of Authenticity
Each watch offered by ABA is sold in the utmost good faith, having undergone a comprehensive verification process designed to confirm that it aligns with all known genuine specifications and details available at the time of sale. Every timepiece is assessed through our own professional judgment, experience, and multi-stage inspection process, reflecting the same care and precision we apply to every aspect of our work. This process is fully documented for every watch in a dedicated Authentication Sheet, which includes evidence of key components inspected, which can be sent on request of the purchaser.
The Buyer acknowledges that, while ABA exercises meticulous skill and diligence in every evaluation, the global watch market can involve subtle variations and interpretations that even the most thorough authentication systems cannot render entirely absolute. Authenticity, by its nature, can depend upon nuanced professional assessment, evolving reference information, and manufacturer-specific regional differences. ABA’s authentication procedures incorporate reliance on the most current publicly available industry databases, third-party authentication software, and verifiable component data supplied by brand-certified online experts where appropriate.
ABA’s commitment is therefore to apply the highest standard of reasonable skill, care, and due diligence in verifying each watch—providing confidence grounded in expertise—rather than to offer an unconditional or perpetual guarantee against any future authenticity dispute. This approach is consistent with recognised practice and reflects ABA’s integrity, transparency, and dedication to the trust of its clients.

2.4 If a Buyer reasonably believes that a watch is non-authentic, the following procedure must be followed strictly before any third-party claim, chargeback, or dispute is initiated:
a. Notify ABA Watches in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery, clearly stating the grounds for concern and attaching any supporting evidence.
b. ABA Watches may request return of the Goods for inspection or examination c. The Buyer must cooperate in good faith and allow reasonable time (normally up to 14 working days from receipt) for ABA’s review.
c. The Buyer expressly agrees not to initiate external complaints or legal proceedings when this internal process has been completed in good faith.
d. In the event of confirmed non-authenticity, the internal findings shall be immediately logged within ABA Watches’ Due Diligence Records as an authenticated error. This documentation ensures continuous review of our authentication protocols and provides a clear record of our good-faith mistakes.
2.5 Limitation of Liability and Authenticity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABA Watches’ total liability arising out of or in connection with authenticity, misrepresentation, or error shall not exceed the amount paid for the Goods in question. Under no circumstances shall ABA be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, goodwill, or reputation. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a refund or replacement for goods found not as described or of unsatisfactory quality.
2.6 Custom & Modified Watches

Certain ABA timepieces are classed as custom or modified pieces. These watches originate from authentic, factory-produced models that have been professionally adapted by ABA or its appointed specialists. Customisation may include refinished or replaced dials, bezels, cases, bracelets, or other aesthetic components.

Each piece is described and photographed with precision prior to sale to ensure clarity and confidence. Customisation does not affect the authenticity of the underlying watch, but reflects ABA’s independent craftsmanship and curation.

Custom builds are covered by the same returns terms as the remainder of our catalogue: 30 days from delivery for UK orders, and 14 days for international orders, provided the item is returned unworn, unaltered and complete with all original packaging and paperwork. Where a piece is genuinely made to a customer's own specification as a bespoke commission, statutory cancellation rights may not apply; ABA will confirm this in writing before the order is accepted. Minor tonal or alignment variations inherent to hand-finished components are characteristic of workshop assembly and shall not constitute defects.

The ABA Warranty applies only to the underlying movement and functionality. Cosmetic or aftermarket components, or any further alterations after delivery, are excluded from coverage. Any attempt to open the caseback or modify the watch further will void the warranty.

3. Condition & Description
a. Goods are described with care, based on direct inspection and manufacturer-supplied data.
b. “Unworn” indicates unused since our inspection, but may include negligible handling marks inherent to storage or factory testing.
c. Minor aesthetic or manufacturing variations—such as tone, alignment, or weight tolerances—shall not constitute defects or impact authenticity.
d. Images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes; screen calibration or lighting differences may cause slight visual discrepancies.

4. Pricing & Payment
a. All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.
b. ABA Watches reserves the right to adjust or correct pricing errors prior to dispatch.

d. Payment shall be made exclusively through preapproved payment systems; ABA does not accept any payment outside of these channels.
e. Title and ownership of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer only once full cleared funds have been received.
f. Risk in the Goods passes upon dispatch to the Buyer’s nominated address or courier collection point, whichever occurs first.

Use of such sites is entirely at the Buyer’s own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties.

13. Dispute Resolution & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
a. The Buyer agrees to notify ABA Watches in writing of any dispute before initiating chargeback or legal proceedings.
b. ABA Watches will acknowledge receipt within 14 days and may propose an independent mediation service or ADR body.

d. Both parties agree to act in good faith throughout any dispute process.

14. Age & Capacity Confirmation
By purchasing Goods, the Buyer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age, possess legal capacity, and are not acting on behalf of another person without authority.
