Where was this watch sourced?
ABA bought this Seiko in Japan and shipped it to our bench, where we verify it before listing. It carries an origin label stating where it came from.
Is this a JDM watch, and what does that mean?
Not necessarily. "Sourced from Japan" means we bought it there. JDM means it was made for the Japanese market. This listing is not labelled JDM, and we only use that label when it is true.
Is it the same as the one sold in UK shops?
It is a genuine Seiko from the same manufacturer. Imported references can differ slightly from UK-market ones, for example in the reference suffix, the language of the booklet, or the warranty card. Check the reference in the specification and ask us if you want to compare.
How do I know it is genuine?
Every watch we hold in the UK goes through our 8-stage bench verification and ships with an ABA Authentication Sheet recording the checks for your watch. ABA is not an authorised dealer of, or affiliated with, the brands we sell.
What condition is it in?
Open box (inspected only). It has never been used or displayed. The box was opened by us strictly for inspection, and it is not a customer return.

When will it arrive, and will I pay duties?
UK stock ordered before 12pm ships the same day from the UK with free insured UK delivery. UK customers pay no import duties on UK stock. International orders may be charged duties by the destination country. See Shipping and Duties.
