Good to know
About this watch.
Where was this watch sourced?
This Timex was sourced through our independent suppliers and verified on our bench before listing. It is genuine stock, and it carries an origin label.
Is this a JDM watch, and what does that mean?
No. JDM means Japanese Domestic Market. This Timex is not sourced from Japan and is not a JDM watch.
Is it the same as the one sold in UK shops?
It is a genuine Timex. Because ABA is an independent retailer, the manufacturer's warranty card is unstamped. Your cover is the 12-month ABA Warranty.
How do I know it is genuine?
Every watch we hold in the UK goes through our 8-stage bench verification and ships with an ABA Authentication Sheet recording the checks for your watch. ABA is not an authorised dealer of, or affiliated with, the brands we sell.
What condition is it in?
Open box (inspected only). It has never been used or displayed. The box was opened by us strictly for inspection, and it is not a customer return.
What is in the box?
Full set. Warranty card unstamped (normal for imported stock); covered by the 12-month ABA Warranty.
What warranty do I get?
Every watch comes with the 12-month ABA Warranty, on top of your statutory rights. Do not assume a manufacturer's UK warranty applies. To make a claim, email info@abawatches.co.uk with your order number.
When will it arrive, and will I pay duties?
UK stock ordered before 12pm ships the same day from the UK with free insured UK delivery. UK customers pay no import duties on UK stock. International orders may be charged duties by the destination country. See Shipping and Duties.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, for UK and international orders. See Returns.
