Two years of mechanical cover on your watch, from the date of delivery. Added to any watch in the same order.
What is covered
- Movement faults, including failure to run, wind or set
- Timekeeping drifting outside the movement's stated tolerance
- Hands or dial markers coming loose
- Crown, stem or pusher failure
- Bracelet clasp and spring bar failure
What is not covered
- Water ingress, impact or crush damage
- Scratches, plating wear and other cosmetic wear
- Leather and rubber strap wear
- Quartz battery replacement
- Routine servicing or regulation
- Damage caused by a third-party repair or an opened case back
- Loss or theft
How to claim
Email us with your order number and a short description of the fault. We will send return instructions and cover inbound postage. We repair the watch, or replace it with the same model where a repair is not practical. Turnaround is typically 10 to 14 working days.
This warranty is provided by ABA Watches London and is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected.
