Can I choose which box I get?

No. Allocation is entirely random and decided by a filmed draw. If anyone could choose, it wouldn't be fair — and it wouldn't be the Vault.

What if the grail isn't in my box?

You receive a genuine ABA Custom G-Shock Build worth around £200 retail. There are no empty boxes. The floor is a real watch, close to what you paid.

Are these genuine?

Yes. Every base is a genuine Casio, verified through our 8-stage process before it's built and sealed.

Do all the watch's features work?

Yes. Every build is fully functional and bench-tested — timekeeping, backlight, stopwatch, alarms and all standard functions work exactly as they should. The one exception is Bluetooth / app connectivity: because each piece is hand-modified, we can't guarantee Bluetooth pairing on every build. This never affects timekeeping or any core function — it relates only to phone-app syncing, and is part of what makes a custom build custom.

When is the draw?

Once all 14 boxes sell, or when the timer closes. It's filmed in one continuous take, with numbered orders shown, and posted for everyone to see.

What if it doesn't sell out?

The draw still runs — genuinely random, filmed for the buyers who took part — and every box ships. Nothing changes for you.

How does it ship?

Can I return my box?

Because every Vault watch is a genuine, hand-finished custom build, boxes are sold as final sale — the random build you receive can't be exchanged or refunded on change of mind, so please buy into the Vault for what it is. What never changes: if your watch arrives faulty it is fully covered by your statutory rights and our 3-month ABA Warranty, and we'll always put it right directly.

What might my build look like — can I see them first?

Every floor box is a genuine ABA Custom G-Shock Build from the same line we sell individually on our storefront — real, wearable pieces spanning stealth blacks, brushed steels and bolder statement dials. You won't know which is yours until it's dispatched (that's the Vault), but there are no novelty or throwaway builds in the run: every box is a watch we'd put on the open shelf.

What exactly is the grail?

A one-off ABA custom build set with real stones and finished to a standard we don't put on the open shelf, with an independent retail value near £800. It's revealed in full during the filmed draw, so everyone sees exactly what the winning box holds.

How do I pay, and is my payment secure?

Checkout is fully secure and encrypted. Pay by card or with any express wallet and pay-later options shown at checkout. Your order number is assigned the moment payment clears — and that number is your place in the draw.

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Our branded watches are genuine ex-retail stock: authentic product that is not sold as new. Our ABA Custom builds are genuine Casio bases, hand-modified in London. Condition is described honestly on every listing — if anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.

Return it within 30 days (UK) or 14 days (international), unworn and complete with all original paperwork and packaging, and we'll refund you. That applies to custom builds too — we don't think your flagship purchase should be the one with the small print. Not sure on sizing?
