Shipping Policy
ABA Watches: genuine watches, shipped from London.
Processing & dispatch
All orders are prepared and dispatched from the UK, usually within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Many pieces go out the same day. Each watch is carefully packed for safe transit.
UK delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked & Insured
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch
Every UK order is fully tracked and insured for the value of the watch.
International delivery
We ship to the UK, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia and selected other destinations.

- Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days, depending on the destination
International orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy.
Customs duties & import taxes
UK orders have nothing extra to pay. For international orders, your country may charge import tax, customs duty or a courier handling fee. These are set by your government, not by ABA. Rates depend on your country and the watch, so we can't quote an exact amount in advance.

Charges paid to your customs authority or courier go to them, not to us, so we can't refund them if you return a watch. You may be able to reclaim them from your customs authority. Duties paid to us at checkout are refunded with your order. If you refuse to pay charges on delivery, the watch comes back to us and we refund you once it arrives, minus the cost of the return shipment.

We email you tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it to your door.
