Returns & Warranty - Your Peace of Mind
Every watch comes with the ABA Warranty, written in line with UK law and the buyer protection programmes of the platforms we sell on, so you know exactly where you stand.
Like all internationally sourced pieces, this watch can't be registered directly with the brand's authorised dealer. That has no bearing on its authenticity. It simply reflects the global channel it was sourced through.
Instead, your cover comes from us, alongside your full statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If anything isn't right, you have a clear and simple route to put it right. You can also change your mind and cancel within 14 days of receiving your watch, for any reason, as set out in Section 7 below. Nothing in this Compendium affects your statutory rights.
To keep your watch in the condition it left us, please don't open the caseback yourself or have anyone else do so, as this breaks the water-resistance seal. If a watch has been opened, the ABA Warranty will no longer apply, and any refund may be adjusted to reflect the watch's condition.
